
SUMMARY:
Assist with NSF reports, ACH, Savings Bonds, Levies, Garnishments and monitoring general ledger accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills.
Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks which are assigned.
Attention to detail is required for this position.
General Computer skills are required for this position.
Must be self-motivated.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Responsible for all Garnishment and Levy Processing.
- Assist with the employee NSF Report and ensure the Overdraft Coordinator and VP of HR receive the report.
- Back-up for completing the employee NSF Report when the Overdraft Coordinator is out of the office.
- Monitor several general ledger accounts including: 9801, 9804, 9805, 1098, 4854 and 4856, 9807, 2150, 2151, 1033, 1930, 4837, 4866.
- Complete supply ordering.
- Balance branch Cash items monthly.
- Key savings bonds and make GL entries.
- Monitor branches’ cash items registers and ensure they are clearing in a timely manner.
- Supply branch support and guidance for NSF items.
- Process NSF/OD Waive Requests and prepare monthly management report
- Process the returned resolution report for ACH items.
- Process ACH returns via the Fedline.
- Process Reclamations
- Monitor Death Notification Entries
- Special Instructions
- Safe Deposit Box branch support
- CIP Monitoring
- Ensure postage machines are replenished as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
